Hello all,
I have a basic question about Galaxy. I need to know how to debug the galaxy code? I mean After creating the tool ( for that we put our R script (or any other...) alongside a wrapper file and also add our tool to tool_conf.xml file.) when we click on the "Execute" button our script run and executed and we can see the result. I need to know what is the on-click function and how to debug and trace the code from the time that we click on Execute button? (Iclient side and code behind of the code which run our R-script).
