Hi!

I'm using Galaxy (Operate in genomic intervals : Subtract) to remove exons from a track. this operation works fine but the problem is that my track also has a column for the score of each region, this column is missing  when I subtract the exons. Is it anyway to say Galaxy to keep this column in the output?

thanks.

Hello,

If score (or other content besides chrom, start, end) is only in the interval data that is subtracted, then it will not appear in the result. The manipulated or filtered intervals plus remaining content of the primary file (the second one entered into the tool form) is what the tool reports in the result dataset.

If there is still a problem, please share a snippet of each of the datasets along with the datatype assigned to each the query options selected on the tool form (including input order).

Thanks, Jen, Galaxy team
