Could you help me about how can I run de 3 programs in Galax? I don't find the programs in galaxy.

I find in google in the link, but I don't find in galaxy.

These tools exist in the Tool Shed. This is a Galaxy wrapped tool resource for Local and Cloud Galaxy instances. The idea is that you can set up your own Galaxy then load any tools you want (including new tools that you wrap yourself).
