Can you elaborate a little bit more on your question. Maybe with an example what you are searching for?

Hi thanks for responding to my question.  I am always looking up initials like MACS or Fastq or Chipseq etc.... And I was looking for a glossary of terms, words, descriptions for all the Galaxy tools and processes.  I wanted to print it out and keep it nearby to reference as I work through a course on Galaxy.  I spent a bit of time searching for it on the site but was not able to find a glossary of terms.  Right now what I am doing when I run across a term is google it to find the definition of the acronym and the in depth description of the process.

Galaxy instance is pretty much defined by its tools and those differ from Galaxy to Galaxy. See https://wiki.galaxyproject.org/PublicGalaxyServers for the list of public Galaxies - they would often have very different glossaries. Moreover sometimes tools are not consistent with their term usage even within the same domain. I think your approach with searching for the term is alright. Often the best documentation is offered by the homepage of the tool itself or the paper that is often cited in the bottom of the tool form.
