Hello,

My VCF file contains information about heterozygous and homozygous information, but after I run Annovar the information are gone.

How is it possible to add the heterozygous and homozygous information information to Annovar output.

Thank you in advance.

Mic

Hello,

Please see the tools under the group "NGS: VCF Manipulation". VCFCombine may be enough, but explore the other manipulation options to be certain that there is more these tools can do that will enable optimal downstream-stream data use.

Now, annotation can be included directly within Annovar, but these require specific pre-computed reference data. These won't be representative of the annotation already included in inputs based on content derived from upstream analysis.

Take care, Jen, Galaxy team
