Question: Galaxy option to upload SRA files directly is missing in ENA website

To get data from Europena Nucleotide Archive (ENA) using 'GET DATA', the galaxy option to upload file directly to galaxy is not available in ENA.

You can make the Galaxy link reappear on the EBI run page(s) by clicking "Select columns" and checking the "Fastq files (galaxy)" box. You have to do this for every run/experiment page you open.

Thanks Mo! That does not sound very convenient. I'll add it to the ticket so our team can review and find out how to have the "Get Data" tool trigger this automatically again. Jen

I confirmed that there was a change at the ENA web site yesterday. The link for data can still be captured and then used with the Upload tool. I created a ticket track the issue, that you can also follow for updates: https://trello.com/c/R7mNSCkr

Thanks again for the notice. It appears to be a relatively new change at the ENA.
