Question: Tools not showing in the menu after galaxy restart

I have installed Abbys and another tool but they both not showing in the left tool menu after Galaxy restart. In the admin menu they are shown properly installed in green box.
Is the section you installed it into visible? Also check the contents of the integrated_tool_panel.xml - the tools you installed should be present in it.
Both sections are visible all tools I have installed before are there, except the tools from today....
(after installation the tools were visible but with abnormal behaviour as everybody knows Galaxy need restart for that reason, but after restart they dissapeared)
