This bug is introduced in the recent releases. Is there a way to modify galaxy.ini to fix this bug?

Now I am looking at my own galaxy instance using the latest code. Once the data is selected from the table browser and sent to Galaxy, it is simply replace with a full screen "galaxy_main", there is no left or the right frame that used to be on the sides.
