I have installed the latest version of Cufflinks on my local instance of Galaxy. Whenever I run the tools i.e. CuffDiff I get the following message. Any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Fatal error: Exit code 139 ()
[09:52:43] Loading reference annotation.
[09:52:47] Inspecting maps and determining fragment length distributions.
