Question: filesystem failure and job failures

Good Afternoon Galaxy
I have one account in Galaxy that I have been using since the last week of April and it has given me no problem until Thursday the 7th of May 2016 where I have had a constant message popping up:
We are experiencing intermittent filesystem errors that are causing job failures and are working on the problem. If your job fails, please try it again.
Has any one else been facing the same problem ? After a successful 100% upload of a particular file, it isn't being uploading or showing up in the history section of my screen and a red cross comes up instead.
If any help or suggestion could be put forth, I would be grateful !
