Hi,

I'm using CummeRbund package to analize cuffdiff files in R software. I made a scatterplot with my data, but I'd like to see the R^2 statistical value of this plot. Is it possible? Any suggestion? Thanks!

Helllo,

The tool group "Statistics" has other options. See the "Correlation" tool (with Pearsons perhaps), then use "Summary Statistics"? Plot the values using the Chart functions accessed under the "Visualize" graph icon (expand the dataset, this is right above the peak view).

Hi Jennifer, thanks for writing. I could made de correlation analysis, but the value is too small, I think is wrong and I don't understand why. The number of columns that I want to analyze seems to be right. A correlation number of 0.00043 is impossible. What am I doing wrong? Thanks again.
