Question: how to analyze the results and am not able to add my datasets using visualisation after Tophat

I am new to this interface. Trying to run published histories and datasets. I am not able to understand the output generated from each step. Also not able to add tracks for visualisation after Tophat results. I tried adding by clicking on Visualisation then it takes me to my history but there is no data displayed in the folder but i have actually stored and saved it in my box. Kindly help
