Hi,

I have 20 small jobs running on the public Galaxy Main instance, all involving less than 100K Ion Torrent reads, and they're all stalled at the mapping (to a reference genome) stage.  I'm mapping with Lastz.  They're all grey (waiting to run), some for over 24 hours. Are the servers that handle intense jobs (such as mapping reads) backed up at the moment?  I just want to confirm before I cancel and re-start anything.

Thanks,

Sean

There is a moderate traffic on Main right now. I see two of your lastz jobs running and until they finish the others won't start. There is a quota for the number of running jobs on the Main Galaxy instance. I believe this is set to 2 for 'large' jobs (lastz is in the list).
