We know people like weblogo: http://weblogo.berkeley.edu/ And I recently started using Icelogo: http://iomics.ugent.be/icelogoserver/main.html But there are others out there, I know. I can recommend iceLogo too. Kind of sequence logos on steroids :). It's a pretty young project and I found some graphical glitches in the interface, but the developers respond very quickly :). They also offer iceLogo as a web service that you can call remotely... Cheers, Pi mobile: +31 6 143 66 783 e-mail: pieter.neerincx@gmail.com skype: pieter.online

Hi, iceLogo looks indeed very promising; however, in terms of integration to Galaxy, WebLogo (http://code.google.com/p/weblogo/) seems to be much more straightforward? cheers, Erick

Hi, Just out of interest, is there a repository/Wiki page where all the XML conf files for apps can be submitted? A Weblogo interface is a good example of something that would benefit lots of people. I am sure there will be lots of others instances of third party apps developed outside the main Galaxy team in future (especially as Galaxy takes off!). Steve

Hi Steve, J. Taylor (Galaxy team) created this wiki location to house such type of efforts: http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/ThirdPartyTools cheers, Erick

Hi Anton, I was wondering whether you guys discussed further about integrating a logo tool into Galaxy? cheers, Erick
