Yutao: This likely indicates that you are using a score we only have available for the encode regions and have an interval that either: 1) Hits two ENCODE regions (a very long interval?) 2) Hits no encode region Looking at your history it appear that only four of the intervals in test.bed hit and ENCODE region. Sorry... premature to announce this solution. It only partially fixes the Galaxy page display through the proxy NGINX server. If anyone has some specific insights on how to get this NGINX configuration correct, please kindly advise.
