Question: Please update the Screen.seqs command to version 1.40.5 (Mothur tool suite update)

In Galaxy there is the version 1.39.5 that does not make *good.groups.

The wrappers for the updated Mothur tools are in development. Once complete, they will be in the Galaxy Main ToolShed for use in a local/docker/cloud Galaxy and the public servers will update.

The development was recently started and there are many tool wrappers part of the project, so this will take some time. Please follow the ticket above for ongoing updates.
