Can the tool be renamed? It covers eubacteria as well as archaea (e.g. E. coli is not a member of the archaea).
I've emailed Todd Lowe at UCSC about renaming at their end, but renaming the tool in Galaxy would be part of the Galaxy project, right?
This has annoyed me since it first became part of the tools set.
