Hello, I have FASTq files created across four different flow cells from the same sample, so want to put them together for analysis. I have run them through Concatenate datasets tail-to-head (cat) (Galaxy Version 0.1.0), but then realised that there is a Concatenate datasets tail-to-head (Galaxy Version 1.0.0) WITHOUT the (cat)....is there a difference? I guess I just go for the newer version of without cat

Many thanks Ryan

The only difference is in the implementation and the user interface. Both should do the job. The one with cat in it should be more performant.
