When I try to save attributes of a file (for example name of the file, but also other attributes) I regularly obtain this message: "Error occured while saving. Please fill all the required fields and try again." Could you help me? Many thanks in advance Robert Dante
The required assigned attributes are associated with the currently assigned datatype. Some of these requirements were recently made a bit more strict to help people avoid usage errors. Sometimes changing the datatype helps, other times the datatypes needs more content.

If you are unsure about what datatype is expected by a particular tool, or what the required metadata attributes for a particular datatype are, we would be glad to help. Share the tool name and current input datatype, perhaps by pasting in your comment reply an example of the dataset's first few lines (preserve formatting by using quoted text). A screenshot as Martin suggests will also likely help.

Could you please post a screenshot or describe what you are changing? There are some restraints in place, e.g. name cannot be empty I think.
