Question: Filter Varscan VCF

Hello,

I have a VCF file obtained from the Varscan tool. I want to filter the variants based on "FREQ". I tried several VCF filter and select tools. None Seemed to be working.

For some reason, the VCF filter tool is not working properly. After filtering I get the same number of variants.

Can some one help me with this.

This is how the vcf file looks like

The example lines cannot be seen in the attached graphic (it must be a publicly accessible link).

Instead, you can write back with sample text in a reply comment with the content in quotes or with block text formatting (this matters for readability) or possibly a shared gist link if you have a github account.
