I am in China and I registered in galaxy main instance and went to Iran and was going to use Galaxy for some teaching purposes for students but I couldn't access to https://usegalaxy.org/ . There are no known blocks from our side for any country.

What is known is that certain institutions (from all over the world, US included), have various blocks in place that prevent external web site access for security reasons when using their IP service. Perhaps where you are working from needs to unblock/allow access to http://usegalaxy.org?

If you are unable to solve the problem, please share more details of how this manifests, including any comments from admins involved in troubleshooting.
