Question: Setting up galaxy to use conda

I am setting up a new galaxy install and want to know how to setup galaxy to use conda by modifying the dependency resolver xml. I have installed conda using miniconda and added it to the PATH. However, galaxy still reports conda is not installed. I have not modified the conf file yet.

One question, is the conda prefix simply a directory to where conda is installing tools within the system such as its bin directory?
