I was playing with tools on a local Galaxy, and got an error while trying the Count GFF Features tool:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/galaxy/production/toolshed-repositories/toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/devteam/count_gff_features/fabda887a71f/count_gff_features/count_gff_features.py", line 6, in <module> from galaxy.datatypes.util.gff_util import GFFReaderWrapper File "/galaxy/production/galaxy-dist/lib/galaxy/datatypes/util/gff_util.py", line 9, in <module> from galaxy.util.odict import odict File "/galaxy/production/galaxy-dist/lib/galaxy/util/__init__.py", line 25, in <module> from six.moves.urllib import parse as urlparse ImportError: No module named six.moves.urllib

I tried the tool on Galaxy Main, and got a similar error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/galaxy/main/shed_tools/toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/devteam/count_gff_features/fabda887a71f/count_gff_features/count_gff_features.py", line 6, in <module> from galaxy.datatypes.util.gff_util import GFFReaderWrapper File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/datatypes/util/gff_util.py", line 9, in <module> from galaxy.util.odict import odict File "/cvmfs/main.galaxyproject.org/galaxy/lib/galaxy/util/__init__.py", line 30, in <module> from six import binary_type, iteritems, PY3, string_types, text_type ImportError: No module named six

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a tool issue with new Galaxy versions?

Thanks!
