Question: Can I share files between Galaxy main and Galaxy cloudman ?

Can I share files between galaxy main and cloud? If no, what would be the best way to transfer files (GB) from main to cloud.

I notice that downloading bam file in main to my local hard drive did not generate the file with correct size, 9.8GB bam file became 2.15GB in local drive, did I miss anything?

A reliable workaround to move individual files between Galaxy instances is by copying the download link of a file from one instance and pasting this link to the upload window (paste/fetch data) of the destination instance.
