Question: where did my files go?

I FTPd 3 files last night to Galaxy (root..unfortunately..because I did not know better..how do I find them. Sorry being a bit of a dim wit here!

Are you sure you were logged in a user each time? Click on the 'user' icon on the upper back bar. If it does not say 'logged in as [you user name] then this might explain your missing files. You need to be registered and then logged in every time use use galaxy.
