Question: Link with "Open with IGV" and other things

Do you have a dbkey associated with the dataset that you want to view?
What is the content of your config/tool_data_tables_conf.xml? (and compare to .sample of same name)
What is the content of tool-data/shared/igv/igv_build_sites.txt? (and compare to .sample of same name)
