Question: Bowtie not working

Hi I was trying to map with Bowtie last night and this morning but the run failed as soon as it started. I tried with a working file to check and it still wasn't working. Is there a problem with the server at the moment?

This was the error message that came up:

Error aligning sequence. No query or output file specified!

This error occurred because of a mistake I made while changing paths to reference data, and should now be fixed. Please try the job again and let us know if you continue to experience problems. Thanks for using Galaxy, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
