Unless you provide something more than two words I am afraid nobody will care enough to help you.

Is this in reference to a tool failing to run, or are you trying to install the tool listed here?

Hello,

If you have loaded this tool into a local/cloud Galaxy, you have two choices:

1. Create the indexes and add them to the instance as an administrator. Try the Data Managers in the Tool Shed.

2. Just load the fasta version of the reference genome as a dataset and use it as a Custom Reference Genome. This generally works on any Galaxy, including public sites. Uses more resource, but is a simple path for using any genome you wish quickly.
