Question: snpEff tool not available

Hi guys,

 

I'm trying to use the snpEff tool and both the CloudMap: Check snpEff Candidates and SnpSift Filter are working but the simple snpEff only shows a blank page when you click it. I tried restarting my computer (I thought it was something wrong on my side) and multiple browsers but this seems to happen in all conditions. Did you remove the tool?

 

P.S. I am using galaxy main.

Hi Ricardo,

We have confirmed an issue and are working on a fix for this tool, we'll let you know when it has been solved.
