Hello,

I received two fastq files for a single ChIP-seq sample and uploaded them to galaxy

How do I join them together for further analysis?

I am a very new user so please give me simple answers :-)

Regards

Tali

Hello,

Try the tool "Text Manipulation -> Concatenate datasets".

Hope this helps! Jen, Galaxy team
