Question: Need help with "Principal Component Analysis" tool

I want to convert DNA sequence into RNA sequence how to upload target DNA sequence.

it is saying that 

dataset is missing....then how to resolve this problem.

Maybe format is your problem: You have to have 'tab delimited' format for this tool to accept it (that's what the tip says). Hit the pencil icon on your dataset and then select 'convert formats' in order to change format into tab delimited.
