Question: Unified Genotyper in GATK issue

Hi,

I have executed Unified Genotyper in gatk in galaxy wiki and I have got the following error:

"Couldn't read file /data/gatk2_key_file because /data/gatk2_key_file ( No such file or directory)"

I did not get any help in google. Can you please help me in solving it?

do you have installed GATK by your own? If so please follow the additional instructions here: https://github.com/galaxyproject/tools-iuc/tree/master/tools/gatk2 Otherwise, please point your administrator to this page. The problem is that GATK has some licensing issues and we can't ship GATK within our Installation.
