Question: Error while getting updates from the server

Hi,

 

I am trying to run  Cuffdiff job. After uploading all the required files to my account's history and starting Cuffdiff, I keep getting the following error massage: "An error occurred while getting updates from the server. Please contact a Galaxy administrator if the problem persists." 

The job seems to still be running. 

Is there is something wrong with the files I uploaded?
