I removed my old tools and upload several tools to my repository today, but they didn't show up as valid tool. Also, I can clone just the old tools. Is there any kind of delay time that I have to wait?
no waiting but only valid repositories will appear for download and installation via the Galaxy admin interface to tool sheds. A repository may be invalid for lots of reasons and the server log- sometimes it can take a while to figure out but in general, as I said in response to your other question, it's easiest to sort these kinds of problems out using a local, throw-away tool shed because you can evaluate the log from your local toolshed to see why things are going wrong. Once it's working on your laptop then move the tool repository to one of the public tool sheds.
