Question: Need help with "SAM to FASTQ" tool

Hello,

To convert to FASTQ format, I saved a SAM formatted file in the History, however, this file was not shown in the pull-down menu, which is to upload the SAM file and prepare for conversion. How to solve this problem? thank you!

Can you check if your file recognised as SAM format? Expand your dataset and see what is written next to "Format:".
