Question: Used space in account never goes to 0%

I've had a problem with my Galaxy account for a few weeks now, where the amount of space used stays around 30% even after I've deleted everything. I've tried to unhide everything and purge all deleted datasets, but the space still hasn't become available. This is currently causing issues, since I'm working with a long workflow that generates many large files.

Is there anything in particular that would make space unavailable?

What in particular was it that you'd missed before, out of curiosity?

I had histories that were deleted but not permanently. It wasn't obvious where to find them and delete them.
