Tool: problems with bwa installation

Dear all,

I have problems to install bwa, when i try to install bwa from tool shed and the installation status always is the same (cloning).

What can I do to cancel the installation and that the problem doesn't happen again?

Help with Tool Shed repository installation can be found here. I am not sure if this is a general problem with all tools, this repository taking too long to download (internet connection?), the version of Galaxy you are running (the latest?), or other factors. But the link-outs can help with many functions:
