After galaxy upgrade (on my own server)  I get message (in the red square):

You are over your disk quota.Tool execution is on hold until your disk usage drops below your allocated quota.

At the same panel there is message:

Unnamed history  0 bytes

In the universe_wsgi.ini there are the following preferences:

allow_user_dataset_purge = True

enable_quotas = True

In "manage quotas" there is set quota of 1000G for each registered user

What may be wrong?

Hello,

The history that is active may be empty, but it seems likely that other histories associated with your account have data. Use the history menu and select the first option "Saved Histories". Under "Advanced search", the "status = all" a complete list will show. The far right column is the status. Only histories that are permanently deleted no longer have quota associations.

This wiki is intended for use on the public Main Galaxy instance, but on a local that is set up as a production instance (administrative setting to permit deleting, etc), the same basic methods will apply for finding and permanently deleting:

Hopefully this helps,

Jen, Galaxy team
