Dear list, I have a problem saving workflows, every time I click the save button, the dialog saying "Saving..." comes up but never disappears. I can't click on anything, bu have to reload the page. When I then check the workflow, nothing is saved. This happenes to me using Firefox3@Fedora10, Firefox3.5@MacOsX10.5 and Safari@MacOsX10.5, both on the public Galaxy and on our local copy. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks Daniel

Hi again, Thanks for the fix, I have pulled and updated and saving workflows now work nicely. Running the though... When I (on my local mirror!) click on a workflow to run it, I get the following error message: URL: http://russola:8080/workflow/run?id=cb227cec8ca83994 File 'build/bdist.linux- x86_64/egg/weberror/evalexception/middleware.py', line 364 in respond app_iter = self.application(environ, detect_start_response) File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/paste/debug/prints.py', line 98 in __call__ File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/paste/wsgilib.py', line 539 in intercept_output File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/paste/recursive.py', line 80 in __call__ File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/paste/httpexceptions.py', line 632 in __call__ File '/home/daniel.klevebring/galaxy_dist/lib/galaxy/web/framework/bas e.py', line 125 in __call__ body = method( trans, **kwargs ) File '/home/daniel.klevebring/galaxy_dist/lib/galaxy/web/controllers/workfl ow.py', line 623 in run incoming=kwargs ) File '/home/daniel.klevebring/galaxy_dist/lib/galaxy/web/framework/__init__ .py', line 574 in fill_template return self.fill_template_mako( filename, **kwargs ) File '/home/daniel.klevebring/galaxy_dist/lib/galaxy/web/framework/__init__ .py', line 580 in fill_template_mako template = self.webapp.mako_template_lookup.get_template( filename ) File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/mako/lookup.py', line 85 in get_template File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/mako/lookup.py', line 127 in __load File 'build/bdist.linux-x86_64/egg/mako/template.py', line 83 in __init__ SyntaxError: invalid syntax run.mako.py, line 321) I'm running Fedora9 and (as far as I know) followed the instructions on the wiki. Hi again (sorry for spamming), The public Galaxy says "Server Error, An error occurred. See the error logs for more information. (Turn debug on to display exception reports here)" when I'm trying to run workflows. Thanks a lot Daniel On Thu, Sep 10, 2009 at 9:15 AM, Daniel Klevebring <
