Hello, My name is Pinkuan, and I have been analyzing some RNA-seq data these days, but I confronted a problem when I did the visualization of the Tophat recepted hits with the Trackster tool. When I add the data of Tophat recepted hits to the visualization tool, there turns out to be an error that I can not visualize the data. So, do you have any idea about how to solve this problem? Greatly thanks, Pinkuan

Hi Pinkua, Could you please provide more details about the error? Share the visualization & history with the problem? You can send directly to me to keep your data private, or send back with a cc to galaxy- bugs@bx.psu.edu instead (internal list): http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Support#Shared_and_Published_data Thanks! Hello Pinkuan, Do you mean that the BAM file does not load into a Trackster Visualization session? This can sometime take time to fully load, depending on the size of the data. You can start the load, save the visualization, then come back later if you do not want to wait. Please try again this morning, as sometimes load on the public Main Galaxy server can be a factor in high-compute tool performance, and let us know if you continue to have problems.
