Dear all, I downloaded a file in .BAM format and want to transform it into .BED format. What can I do on Galaxy? Thanks a lot! Giuseppe

Giuseppe, Try this: (1) Convert from BAM to SAM; (2) Convert from SAM to inverval; (3) Cut columns as needed to create a BED file. Good luck, J.
