Hi there, I just made small RNA seq libraries using the Illumina TruSeq Samll RNA LIbrary kit from three human cancer cell lines. In the next week or so, I'll run the libraries on Illumina iSeq100 (the lowest-priced sequencer of Illumina) which we have in our teaching lab. The goal is to identify differentially expressed microRNAs. This entire excise is for a brand new RNA seq class on our campus. Does Galaxy already have a workflow that we could use to analyze our small RNA seq data? thanks so much, David

Hello,

Please see the Galaxy RNA-seq tutorials here: https://galaxyproject.github.io/training-material/topics/transcriptomics/. You should be able to customize those as needed. If you'd like to later contribute a new tutorial that you've developed, or help to make existing tutorials better, that is always welcomed.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
