Hey everyone,
To simplify my question: -I've sequenced a single sample
Is there an Ion Torrent-PGM file type, that is excel compatible, that will at least express the total coverage and alt allele coverage (and maybe other QC metrics) of every aligned base position (in the .bed)?
I'd like it to be column or row delimited (i.e., each base position in the row; each metric a column / vice versa) and able to be malleable under excel functions like sorting, filtering, conditional formatting...
Please advice!
