Question: My job has not been processed for 2 days at a community public Galaxy server

I want to use TXSscan and I uploaded my data for history, but it has not been processed for 2 days. How can I deal with this problem??

This tool is known to be hosted by the public Galaxy server https://galaxy.pasteur.fr/. If that is where you are working, a help support link is on the server's home page, scroll down a bit to see it.
