Question: (Closed) workflow didnt start and what I have is empty history

Hello, I am trying to map some mutants using Cloudmap. the other day I started the CloudMap Unmapped Mutant workflow and it was working. Yesterday and today I am trying to run the rest of Fastq files I have. Everything is going correctly and I am choosing the files to run the workflow but after run it its generates empty history. Its not happen only with this workflow its happen with all workflows I have tryied. Please help. Best regards, Angelina
