I'm getting the below error when I'm trying to connect to usegalaxy.org

Yes, the prior certificate expired ~ 8pm EST today across usegalaxy.org domains and the updated certificate was applied shortly after. It sounds like you tried to connect during the update. Please try connecting again now.
