Question: A work-history disappeared from history list but space still occupied

Hello,

A strange thing happened with my Galaxy account. I had 2 histories including analyses data etc... One occupied 43% of the total quota. Now, after making a new (3rd) history, my first history ( with many BAM files, etc, that occupies 43% of the storage) disappeared. I cant find it anywhere , even when I open the view change history window. And the storage is till half full, thus the data might be still somewhere there.

Any Idea how to fix it ?

It looks like you found your histories and permanently deleted some of them now. Log out then back in to reset the quota calculation if it still seems off.
