I uploaded my data few days before but restart my computor this morning. When I login to Galaxy, I can not find any data there in the all histories. May I know how to find them or clear them, as the space was limitted if I re-upload the files? I selecte delete and there is still 56% used but I can find nothing.

Thanks for your kindly help.

Hello,

Please see: https://galaxyproject.org/support/missing-history/#my-dataset-is-missing

Check User > Saved Datasets first. Then, if you still can't find it, maybe one of the problems described in the FAQ occurred?

Try uploading the data again and be sure to stay logged in if loading by browsing a local file. Data over 2 GB in size needs to be loaded with FTP. https://galaxyproject.org/support/loading-data/

I see that you deleted or permanently deleted all of your prior histories and just now started over. If you want those deleted histories removed from the usage quota, all must be permanently deleted (purged). Sometimes you need to log out then back in again to refresh the quota calculation. https://galaxyproject.org/support/#account
