Good Afternoon!

I wanted to contact the support staff to see why my Trinity assembly never stopped running (or never started?). It has been a couple of weeks and I did not have a terribly large dataset. Did I run out of room on my Galaxy account? I appreciate your help.

Hello,

In your current active histories at Galaxy Main https://usegalaxy.org, I only see successful Trinity jobs now (completed).

If you had one in a deleted history that is now replaced, I can confirm that a delay of several weeks is much too long. Perhaps one of the inputs was in an error state of some kind. We can't tell now, but going forward, whether in a grey queued state or yellow executing state, please let us know if a job seems in an odd state and we can help.

Thanks! Jen, Galaxy team
