Question: upload via FTP

hi,when i want to upload my files,i click "choose FTP file" button and then it always show my directory contains NONE.I try to access the web site :galaxy.docker.org,but it is a wrong site. look the pic below. thank you! enter image description here

thanks for your answer. the first step i have already done. i can enter the https://usegalaxy.org/ , log in and upload my file successfully. but i can not upload my file from FTP after logging in http://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/galaxy/(i use File Zilla software). according to you, i understand i need to transfer my user account to admin account. i see the web https://galaxyproject.org/admin/ ,that use code to set. but i want to use online analysis, so how can i set up . thanks a lot!
